Malcolm was open and friendly. He admitted up front that he was more of a used car salesman than a new car salesman but still impressed us with his knowledge of the vehicle. He was able to demonstrate the car’s features during the test drive.
Kurt Armstrong was extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru Forrester and Outback. He was able to explain the differences between the two cars without being pushy or over the top with too much sales talk. He used every day plain English to explain and answer our many questions. My wife and I felt he was a very nice and trustworthy person.
The sales consultant was very helpful, friendly and supportive. A very genuine person and made you feel welcome and important.
